I believe that people with low back pain often feel that their back hurts or feels heavy when they work out. They think that their lower back is causing the pain, but if their lower back pain is just the result of tightness in their back, they are not doing a good job of preventing it from happening in the first place. In addition, people sometimes wonder if they should exercise, but not for their back, but rather for their shoulders or chest. Unfortunately, many people don't understand the difference between their body parts and muscles. When I worked in a physical therapy clinic, my training was focused on the shoulder and chest. This led to many injuries to the chest and shoulders because my back, shoulders, and chest hurt very much. When I started my own company, I decided to focus on the back and back pain that I had experienced. This led to the development of an exercise program that was so effective that I can honestly say that it saved my back. In other words, I have an actual solution to my back pain problem. A lot of people are skeptical of the idea that the spine hurts, but a lot of people have been hurt by things on the spine and know about the pain.
